この度の東北関東大震災に見舞われました皆様、心よりお見舞い申しあげます。一日も早い復興をお祈り致します。
さて、今年の4月9日から13日までデンバーで開催されるAANSでの発表に関して、会長のJames T Rutka教授よりJNSの会員の皆さんに、水戸ガンマハウスの山本昌昭先生を介して以下のメッセージを頂きました。
Dear Masaaki,
Thank you for your email, and we, at the AANS, are all thinking about our Japanese Neurosurgical Colleagues throughout the country, and we hope all of you, and your families, remain safe and secure, despite present and future trends.
By way of this email, I wish to reassure you and all of your colleagues in Japan that there will be no penalty for not attending the AANS meeting this year given the delicate situation and circumstances following the earthquake and tsunami near Sendai.
Our hopes and deepest wishes are with you and all of your fellow countrymen for a swift and progressive recovery.
